Spicy Chipotle Pesto

This is such a super simple recipe for delicious Spicy Chipotle Pesto.  You can add this stuff to just about anything for a kick of spice and flavor.  Try it in soups and pasta sauce, or mix it with mayo and put it on your sandwiches!

Here’s what you’ll need: a can of chipotle peppers, parmesan cheese, sundried tomatoes, pecans, garlic, and olive oil.

If your parmesan is not already grated, cut it into pieces and throw it in the food processor.

2Pulse it, until it turns to coarse crumbs.

3Add all the remaining ingredients, sundried tomato, nuts, garlic, and of course the chipotle peppers.

4Pulse to chop everything and combine.

5With the food processor on, drizzle in the olive oil.  Your pesto will combine and become smooth.

6It’s spicy, super flavorful with a hint of sweetness from the sundried tomatoes.       7  You can label and store in the fridge. 9 Enjoy! 10
